How far in advance should I place my orders?

It would be best to place your orders 1 day in advance before your desired delivery date. 

 

Can I have same-day pick up?

Yes, you can choose same-day self-collection.

 

What are the serving sizes of your Putu Piring?

Our Putu Piring are usually packed in 4 pieces per box.

 

What’s the best way to store our Putu Piring?

● The best way to enjoy our Putu Piring is to eat it while its fresh and hot.

● However, it is still safe to eat within 4 hours of purchase.

● For those who insist on keeping their Putu Piring in their chiller, please keep it immediately after purchase and to consume within the day itself. Reheat for 5 mins via the steaming method for consumption.

 

What is the “shelf life” of Putu Piring?

We recommend you consume your Putu Piring on the same day of purchase to enjoy them at their best and most optimal flavour! It is because our coconut is perishable.

 

What are your operation hours?

11am - 7pm (6.30pm last collection) 

An order confirmation email will be sent out to you upon payment, together with an invoice of your purchase. 

 

Is Haig Road Putu Piring halal-certified?

Haig Road Putu Piring is certified by the Singapore Malay Chambers of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) as a Muslim Owned Establishment.

 

Are your Putu Piring baby friendly?

Yes, for the original gula melaka flavour only for babies without teeth. For those with teeth, all Putu Piring flavours can be consumed.

 

Does Haig Road Putu Piring have any nut-free/ gluten-free / dairy-free options?

Yes, our original gula melaka, brown coconut and durian is halal, vegan, gluten and nut-free.

All our products consist of dairy products.

 

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Do you provide islandwide delivery service?

Yes, we do, except for Jurong island.

  

Any minimum order for delivery?

There is a minimum order of $30 for our delivery services. 

 

Is there free delivery available?

We provide free delivery for orders above $200. 

 

Is same-day delivery available?

No. Only for self-collection as answered above.

 

What payment methods are available?

Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX and PayNow via UEN: 201435993MUOB.   

 

Do you do cash on delivery?

No we do not.

 

Are your prices subjected to GST?

All prices listed are inclusive of GST. 

 

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Can an order be changed or cancelled once confirmed?

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

What happens if the products turn up damaged?

In the rare event that our products are received in poor condition, a refund or an exchange may be offered at management’s discretion with valid proof such as photos or videos.  

 

If I select self-collection, but am unable to make it down in person, can I have someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, as long as they show the order confirmation when they come down to the store for collection. 

 

What is the process for requesting a refund / exchange?

Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the product. You must also allow part or all of the product to be collected by us, to allow us to investigate the complaint. Following this, a refund or an exchange may be offered at management’s discretion.
